February 2006: Webster Bantam Minor


 

The Webster Bantam Minor team won their division championship at the Empire State Tournament at ESL Sports Center on January 14-16. The team went 4-01, winning 9-0 in the first game against Bridgeport, CT. The next game was an 8-3 win over the Toronto Aeros, The team then tied Rochester Youth 2-2 in following game. In the Semi Finals, the team beat Toronto in a very tough  rematch, 4-3 in overtime. The boys then won the championship game in a rematch against Rochester Youth, by a score of 6-2. It was a great effort by the entire team.

How do you feel about the rule changes in the NHL?
